The accuracy of your information is important to us. Under the Data Protection Act 1998 you have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you so that you can ensure its accuracy.

You should include:
- your full name and postal address;
- details of the specific information you require and any relevant dates, where they are known.
We need to be confident of who you are, and therefore may ask you for some identity information to prove this.
JRRT does not charge a fee for providing this information and as required by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will respond within 40 days of receiving your request.
